Purpose:	Elect (or re-elect) 89 County Central Committee Members, elect 5 Officers, & elect 5 State Central Committee Members
Notes:	Mask required - Dress warm, this is an outdoor event

All Certified Lincoln Republicans attending Lincoln County Conventions shall be Convention Delegates and shall elect an allociated number of "Voting Delegates" from their precinct. These "Voting Delegates" will vote on issues before the Convention and shall be elected by the Convention Delegates at each convention!
