FOR A

Lincoln County: 2026 Pre-Primary Convention,
 Lincoln County Central Committee Meeting, and
Lincoln County Precinct Caucuses (all Lincoln County Republicans).

TO BE HELD 

January 8, 2026, beginning at 6:00 PM
Ruidoso Convention Center, 111 Sierra Blanca Drive, Ruidoso, New Mexico 88345.

FOR THE PURPOSE:

Elect Precinct Voting Delegates to the Lincoln County Pre-Primary Convention, 
Consider any contest to precinct delegates so elected (central committee),
Elect fourteen (14) State Delegates,
Consider any other proper business

The fourteen (14) elected Delegates will serve as the Lincoln County State Pre-Primary Delegate Contingent to the Republican State Pre-Primary Convention on March 7, 2026.

All individuals desiring to become a state Pre-Primary Delegate from Lincoln County are required to submit a self-nomination form. This form, whether mailed or hand delivered, must be received by the Republican Party of Lincoln County no later than 4:30 PM, January 3, 2026.

• Delegate Fee $150 RPLC to pay entire fee. No cost to delegate. (Saturday, March 7, 2026)
• Debate Fee $50 Anyone may attend this event and must pay the entire $50. Individual may pay at door. (Friday evening, March 6, 2026)
• SCC Meeting Fee $100 Only the elected RPLC SCC members may attend this event. SCC member must pay this fee. (Saturday morning, March 7, 2026)

Any contests to precinct delegates must be presented not more than five (5) minutes following the adjournment of the last precinct caucus, to the Convention Secretary.
